Location: The facility is located at Zamirdia, Habir Bari, Valuka, Mymensingh (District), beside Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway, at a distance of about 65 km from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka.
Installed Capacity: 45600 Ring Spindles
Production Capacity: 28000 kg of Yarn per day
Product Mix: The Factory is producing 100% cotton, CVC, PC, Grey Melange, Cotton Modal, Cotton Viscose, Polyester Viscose, 100% Modal, 100% Viscose Yarn Ranging from 10/1 to 40/1.
Total Manpower: 1050 persons
Production Facility
The raw cotton & Fiber of RBYL is mainly imported from Austrialia, USA, Indonesia and India. The Blow Room, Carded Ring Spun and Combed Ring Spun line-ups are imported from Switzerland’s prime spinning giant Rieter. The array of Breaker, Drawing and Unilap machineries are of German origin. Only the best formed slivers are fed to the world-renowned Toyota Simplex and Lakshmi Ring Frames. The finesse of the carded/combed is examined by Uster brand equipment (USA), and undergoes automatic winding in Schlafhorst and Savio, yet another spinning marvel of Germany. The Swiss brand Xorella facilitates the yarn conditioning.
