To diminish external dependency in terms of quality and timely delivery, Group Reedisha aspired to have its own customized corrugated cartons and plastic containers manufacturing set-up as Reedisha Printing and Packaging Limited (RPPL), which started its full-fledged operation in 2010.

Besides catering the requirements of all the textile units of Group Reedisha, RPPL is also a major supplier of packaging materials for Kohinoor Chemical Company (BD) Limited (KCCL), the oldest and largest national Soap, Cosmetics, Toiletries and Household Items manufacturing company in Bangladesh.

Location: The enterprise is strategically located at Zamirdia, Master Bari, Valuka, Mymensingh (District), at a distance of about 63 km from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka.

 

 

Products and Production Capacity

 

Corrugated Cartons: The unit has several Offset Printing and High-speed Corrugation Machines. Only the best class of media and liner papers are used to manufacture three, five and seven ply cartons, which can easily match any export quality requirements, since garments export naturally requires the proportionate skill, seaworthiness, user-friendliness and longer shelf or showcase life.

Plastic Containers: This section is adorned with eleven Injection Molding and eight Blow Molding Machines. The plant currently makes HDPE and PPE containers, which not only enhances the aesthetic value of the cosmetics and household items marketed, but also helps to maintain the quality characteristics of Skin Care, Hair Care, Oral Care, Fragrance, Baby Care and Surface Cleaning products. Initiatives have already been taken to incorporate PET containers in the existing line-up.
