Location: The factory is located at Teknagpara, Chandana, Gazipur Sadar (District), at a distance of 30 km from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka.

 

Finished Garments Production Capacity: 30,000 pieces per day

 

Knitting Production Capacity: 3,000 kg of Gray Fabrics per day

 

Yarn Dyeing Production Capacity: 10,000 kg of Yarn per day

Products and Production Capacity

Readymade Garments: The Garments Section of RTSL is equipped to produce various Knit Garments, such as Tank Tops, Jackets, Trousers, T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Ladies Wear, Sports Wear, Kids Wear and so on.

Total Sewing Machines: 475 (Kansai, Brothers, Juki, UZU and Hashima)

Dyeing and Finishing: Principal configuration of technological set-up came from Japan, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. This consists of eleven high-end Dyeing Machines, Soft and Hard Winding Provisions, RF Dryer and Hydro-extractor. There is also a Laboratory facility to ensure the standard of our products.

Fabrics Production: The Knitting Unit has the capacity to produce Interlock, Single Jersey, Engineering Stripe, Fleece, Pique and Double Pique, Lacoste, Waffle, Rib, Design Interlock, Feeder Stripe, Lycra Attachments, Flat Knit Collar and Cuff with half jacquard design in complete Cotton, CVC, TC and Viscose, and is equipped with twenty-two Circular Knitting Machines.
